Survey NZ have all South Island IQP status as well as in the whole Waikato Region and are certified for conducting annual and new installations of all types of lifts.
An IQP (Independent Qualified Person) is authorised to carry out inspections, maintenance and reporting on a building’s specified systems.
We are approved by the South Island IQP panel to inspect wire rope traction lifts, hydraulic lifts, electric screw lifts, and also escalators under NZS5270.
We are also approved by the Territorial Authorities of Waikato Region as an IQP under Section 100 of the Building Act 2004.
